Really slow to repair, not communicative, horribly overpriced. Will not be returning. There are plenty of better bike shops locally with highly qualified staff and much better service and pricing.
Every time I visit the Bicycle Habitat on Vanderbilt Avenue, I feel welcomed, offered good advice, and my bike has been provided the best maintenance.

The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and provided quick service. The overall vibe in the shop was very upbeat and I felt good just being there. No stress. Prices were reasonable, and seemed like they keep good stock of everything. If I need service again when I'm in Manhattan, this will be my shop.
