The pickup was seamless. I was in and out within 5 minutes. With parking being difficult to find, the quick transaction definitely helped.

I came over to buy a helmet from my grandson. I was welcomed by a salesperson who informed me I would need the head measurements. When I went back I was guided through the best options and they ordered the helmet for me. It arrived in 2 days and all is perfect

I called and asked about padded bike seat covers. There were none in sock but the woman I spoke with took my name and number and promised to call me when they came in, which she did and told me she had set aside a couple with my name on them. I didn't get back for two days and called to see if they were still there and said I could not get up to the store for a couple more days. Fellow I spoke with said the seat covers were set aside with my name. So, I came up on Thursday, Dec. 11, and they were there with my name.
My transaction was small but the service was great.
Staff are helpful; they explain things clearly, in advance, and make sure you know what is going on. They are very knowledgeable and they don't "talk down" to basic bike riders.
I got a quick tune-up, and when I left I asked if there's anything I should look out for. You guys said no. After I biked 1.5 miles mostly the next morning, my chain BROKE. It's a new bike. It shouldn't have broken.
I think the staff was kind and knowledgeable, however I was given an estimate of cost that was not close to the actual cost in the end, and ended up being a price I really couldn’t afford. This was really disappointing and I will not be returning as an accurate estimate is very important to me. I also understand as a consumer I need to move forward and be more direct about what I’m willing to pay.
This is a store always around for my bicycle needs, before for many years in Lafayette street, now on 7 ave, when you on business for decades there is a reason.

I appreciated so much the interaction I had yesterday with a nice tall young man -- who really went out of his way, on the phone, and then in person to address the need presented in my particular situation, where there were a few different possible ways forward. He thought about what was best for me, and in a way that did not aim to spin the situation to his own (or the store's advantage) -- I appreciated the care and integrity in his manner.
The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us build a bike from scratch it was so much fun!
