the person who runs the shop really knows what is doing - you can trust him right away and is willing fill your needs.

Very flexible, I bought some rainpants that were too large for my friend for Christmas, and gloves that weren't wam enough for the cold weather. The person we spoke to let us change both items with no hassle even though the purchases were slightly over 30 days old. I would recommend this store without hesitation to my friends.

The service was professional. I have been a cyclist since the 90s. A lot of bike shops tend to talk down to customers especially if you are not buying that really expensive thing. That is so annoying. I was loyal to a since moved bike store because I found a place where I was not treated badly and the staff did not treat me as an idiot. I tend to listen and make judgments. A mechanic fixing a small thing as part of a bigger issue AND not charging goes a long way.
