From the moment I called to schedule an appointment - I spoke to Aaron, who very clearly explained the services to be performed on my Yuba Fastrack, the timeline, and where/when to drop off my bicycle. The check-in was easy and helpful. The pickup was a breeze; I knew exactly what was done and got a few maintenance tips. I always ask questions and got thorough respectful responses, including how to remove the DRS on my own. So, thank you. I will be back. And 5+ stars!

Excellent careful job on badly needed tue up
My new bike was built quickly and was ready for pickup the day after it arrived. My build called for installation of a newly released and relatively uncommon Italian groupset and I was impressed that Bicycle Habitat's mechanic achieved a clean, uncompromising installation. Matt took great personal care to check the setup and fit of my bike, then generously spent time teaching me about the idiosyncrasies of the new components. Bicycle Habitat delivered an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations, even for a top of the range bike purchase.
Quality service department. Only good experiences. And a pretty good selection of gear — usually when I need something, I find it!

Bicycle Habitat was the only bike store in the neighborhood that took me seriously even though all I needed was a comfortable bike for commuting. They’re incredibly knowledgeable hard core bike geeks who are super friendly and willing to explain and never talk down to you. I go back to them for service and repairs and they’re awesome and helpful and do a great job. Highly recommend!
