The service and communication were excellent, and the price offered good value. I took my old bike in for a tune-up, and not only do I feel confident about the upcoming biking season safety-wise, but they also assisted me in securely installing a second mirror on the bike, which had been prone to falling off before.
Great service from John to get my kids fitted with new bikes!

I had a great experience buying my first bike at Bicycle Habitat. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, which meant a lot to me as a newcomer to the bike scene. This will be my go-to shop for any repairs.
always friendly service - appreciate the honest assessment of my bike's current condition and not upselling me on things I don't need. I do, however, wish there were some sort of basic (even $5!) discount for being someone that actually bought my bike from Bike Habitat... it would discourage me from considering other stores for service going forward.
Matt was exceptional. So helpful in all aspects as I am a first time purchaser of a bike. He walked me through all adjustments, maintenance, etc. His approach was everything I could have asked for!
Claire was also very helpful in getting me the right gear to prepare for my first rides

Plenty of personal help, from the second I rolled up to the door and someone opened it and helped me get our huge bike inside (a Yuba Kombi with my kiddo still on the back). Thorough care, including not charging me for a first check up that’s an implied part of the package of buying this bike from you. Y’all are just great.

I dropped my bike off at BH for some shifting attention and the intake was welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. As usual, I always felt like I was leaving my bike in good hands, with someone who would care about doing a good job. I picked my bike up the next day and again it was a great experience. The staff answered my questions and offered some helpful advice about some gear I was looking at. The service done to my bike corrected the issue thoroughly and is now a pleasure to ride. I look forward to my next visit to Bicycle Habitat.

I brought my bike in very bad shape and I was very frustrated with how it was. My bicycle is my means of transportation, I checked in different stores and they charged me very expensive, I thought about buying a new, better bicycle. My girlfriend told me to take her there with you. I took it and I was surprised that they would charge me less to fix it, a boy with an orange hat and wavy hair took care of me, wow, he treated me very well, very kind and very professional, I felt very good, he fixed my bike from one day to the next wow. I loved the service,, when I came back for my bike and rode it. It looked like new. ,,, I will definitely return to the shop, thank you very much for the excellent service 🤙🏼🤙🏼. (( and my score is not 10 it's 💯 good job
I can buy critical stuff--like a bike chain-- without having to worry if it's counterfeit. I also bring my bike to the shop for repairs I can't handle myself.
Friendly, honest service. Trustworthy. I don’t feel like anyone is trying to rip me off like I do in other shops.
The person at the shop had an attitude and was not very welcoming, horrible customer experience. For sure last time you see me purchasing a bike from you and will discourage everyone on doing so. Plenty of other places in the area or online thankfully.
