Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Mike was extremely knowledgeable and also easy to talk to, and. I felt put at ease and comfortable making a decision about buying a bike thanks to the time and effort he made. He also helped my boyfriend test a bike and remembered that detail later when I went to pick it up, which he definitely didn’t have to do since my boyfriend wasn’t looking to buy.
Very attentive staff, friendly and unpretentious (uncommon in the world of bike shops, alas). And knowledgeable and skilled, of course.

This is a great bike store. No hard sell or talking down to you; just a good selection of products and advice from people who know and ride bikes themselves.
Justine, especially, was knowledgeable, super helpful and patient as I searched for a new, better bike.
I settled on a Trek FX3, which has a carbon fork and aluminum frame; so it's relatively light, yet smooth.
For my accessories, Justine also suggested quality products based on her expertise, like the Kryptonite New York Lock for a secure lock.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but you don't often have what I'm looking for in stock. The other day when I went there was only one tire in the style I needed in the entire shop. You'd think they'd be stocked in pairs, given bicycles have two wheels ..?
In addition the payment system was down...luckily I had cash.
Reliable, fast, and reasonably priced service for all of my bikes. I'm always given multiple options for how to fix an issue when available, and the more expensive option is never pushed but always comes with a great explanation of potential benefits.
