Great staff. They were super helpful in ordering a bike for me and really Patient with my timing on when I could pick up the bike. They sold me some additional accessories for the bike, but I didn’t feel like I was being sold to, if you know what I mean.
I love the bike and I’m really grateful for the” Free, minor, tuning, and adjustments” offer that was made. I’ll definitely be back!

Very helpful and friendly environment in the shop!
The people are nice, they fixed my bike, and it’s close to my house.
Everyone who works in the store is nice and friendly and really knowledgable, which makes biking really accessible to people who are just beginning. Whether you are just starting or an experienced rider, their customer service is unlike anything I've seen across the city. They take a lot of time to answer questions and give advice, which to me is just as valuable as the services and products themselves.

Fastness and efficacity
I showed up five minutes before closing time Saturday, and the technician cheerfully dealt with my problem on the spot.
The team on Vanderbilt are knowledgeable and professional, while also being approachable and easy to discuss whatever issues I may have or questions I may have. Courteous and polite & good service. What’s not to like?

Had a great experience buying my first gravel bike. As a distance runner dealing with an injury, I was in the market for an entry-level bike that could get some good miles in. The team at Bicycle Habitat helped me chose between a few options, and gave ample time for test rides.

You didn't just fix it, you took time to understand why it was important to me, and then more time to explain what you did, and set my expectations really well. 10/10, might actually sabotage my bike so I can come back again.

The sales reps (Josh and Matt) were very helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on the tires (Continental Grand Prix 5000 AS TR). I am very pleased with the tires.

They put my bike chain on and did not even bother to oil it or check that the bike did not skip I returned he dismissed my complaint blaming it on something else even though you can see the dryness of the new chain
wonderful shop- attentive, efficient and outstanding service.
Marked up a drivetrain cleaning 50% then said the mechanic had it do a couple extra things. Those couple extra things were cleaning the bike (it wasn’t cleaned) and tightening the front stack (wasn’t loose). They brought the price back down to the $80 price but still left a terrible taste in my mouth.
