Staff are nice, but pricing is quite steep. I ordered a force cassette and you had it priced at $260 with an msrp of $195. I’m trying to support local bike shops instead of buying online, but 30% above msrp is just too much

I bought a new light that was previously returned with scratched paint, missing paint, and general a very used appearance.
I went to exchange the item and there were no replacements on hand, and I ended up refunding.
Local bikeshop with great locations that offer down-to-earth and affordable services. Not pretentious, friendly and experienced technicians willing to help all respectfully; quick turnaround times. Wish prices in the shop could be a bit cheaper for accessories and electrolytes and such, but bicycling itself is on the pricier side.
The customer service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone answered all my questions and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my new bicycle -- which I am!
