I bought a quad lock for my iPhone 11. Chad showed me two options and installed the one I chose. Both Chad and Mike are friendly and professional and make going into the store an enjoyable experience.

Staff knows what they are talking about and have the time and patience to do so. This is extremely rare in NYC where retail spaces are under enormous pressure to understaff and be hyper-focused on sales.
My mechanic went above and beyond. I was in for a flat and he ended up changing the tire, explaining what went wrong, and fixing the bike so that it worked even better. (And charged a nominal fee for the extra work.) Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Paid for a fix the mechanic was sure he could do, but he was not able to. Would have been far more helpful for him to be upfront about this. Especially given I’ve brought 3 bikes here in the past and purchased 1.

Your staff is always cordial and professional with me. They make me feel like I am receiving special attention -- which is a nice feeling. This comes mainly from the older staff members -- possibly one of the managers or owners. And, it certainly keeps me coming back.

I am consistently impressed with your experienced, knowledgeable, and professional mechanics. Your shop staff are also always personable and knowledgeable.
I wanted to give a shout out, this time, to Adam. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my ride and tossed in morsels like this should be done once a year, for example. At no point did he try to upsell me but when I asked about upgrades, he seamlessly switched into options and explained them. He was also great with communication throughout.

Brought bike in for new tires and change a flat. Charged me for an extra tube. Front wheel needed to be reset immediately after leaving store due to brake pad rubbing. Back tire went flat 30 minutes after having it changed at the store, needed to be changed again. Will not be back.
Edwardo and the crew are the best. So appreciate the service and sales help.
