Simply answer the email I sent last Tuesday to all of your Bike Shops, I sent from your website. I have a pretty new Brooklyn cute bike Whythe Fixie single gear ( I added kickstand and much better rim strip) that I want to negotiate(also maybe let in your store and you seek it for me, under commission?)for another bike, kind of adventure/comfort/hybrid bike that I can ride road and off road, something like these options :

I've had my bike in numerous times trying to fix it (A Yuba e-bike) and the dang thing is still doing the same thing. I'm just FRUSTRATED! And it's not like you're convenient to me. When I first went to your Park Slope location the guy actually tried to tell me I was wrong until I showed him a video of it doing exactly what I described. So, I switched to your I believe to be Crown Heights/Prospect Heights location.
You can make it right by not charging me the same thing you've already charged me to fix the dang bike. Even better - come get it.

Trek told me I had to buy a new bike. You guys told me I should repair my beloved old Trek. I will be forever grateful for that.
