I am so impressed with the 5th Avenue stores customer service. I was riding my newly purchased bike up ninth street when something happened to the rear wheel, making the bike un rideable. I walked it to the 5th Avenue store and saw it was closed on Tuesdays. A staff member was talking to someone through the half opened gate and he asked me what happened. Instead of telling me to come back on Wednesday, he took the bike in and determined that a part broke and I would need a new derailer, that they would have to order. They then advocated with Giant for a warranty claim, which Giant rejected and they told me that Bycycle Habitat would honer the claim for the part and asked me to pay for the labor. Thank you Brian and Edmund!
