My Dual Sport + 2 Stagger AU S Galactic e-bike I bought from Trek Bicycles, Williamstown, Victoria approx. 12 months ago recently received a complementary level 1 service. On arrival to drop off my e-bike, I received a warm welcome my Michael (technician), Jerry and team. My e-bike was serviced and collected in 2 days ready to continue my cycling adventures. The Trek Bicycle team, Williamstown are the best, offering professional bicycle services, extensive product range to suit any cyclist level (from beginner to professional), expert advice and welcome any questions. Can highly recommend!

I liked that Stephen and the team at Trek QV Melbourne were all very nice and friendly. Stephen explained really well the difference between the Trek series of bikes so I was able to make an informed decision on the bike I purchased.
Very Helpful Greg went above and beyond to help us get a bike sorted for our daughter bike ed lesson coming up recommended great products and also fitted for us. Will definitely be returning in th future.

Fantastic service from the guys there (Saturday 18th October). Friendly and approachable, brought in a seat mast cap which I had broken on my 10 year old Domane, instead of simply telling me to purchase a new one ($250), they tried repairing it. In the end they replaced the broken part free of charge. The guys are knowledgeable and know their bikes, will be going there to buy my Madone SLR one day.
