We went in to get a helmet for my daughter and the person who assisted us took the time to properly fit the helmet, gave us advice, knew what he was talking about and in general was just super helpful and pleasant and friendly. We had been to a few shops that day trying to find a helmet and he was by far the most helpful and it would make me go back to the store to buy other things.

We bought two trek slash 6 gen 8’s for Christmas from the Joondalup store. Picked them up Christmas Eve. On Christmas day, our 12 year old son picked up the front tyre was incorrectly set up, his front handle bars were misaligned and his gears were incorrectly set up, as you can imagine he was heartbroken and we made the call to prevent further damage to the bike, he was unable to ride it.
We turned up to the Joondalup store for opening on the 27th December, after waiting ten minutes after opening, where the joondalup store was still closed we called the whitfords store and Riley answered.
He was nothing but apologetic and told us to bring the bike straight to whitfords where he spent the day fixing all the errors and mistakes caused by joondalup in the setting up of the bike.
We are still extremely disappointed in the service from Joondalup Trek, they ruined what should have been a priceless Christmas for our son by pure lack of care when handing over the bike.
Riley did an excellent job in restoring some faith, however he shouldn't have had to do this.
We cant get that special moment back.

The guys were so helpful. I explained what bike I had, and the problem with it and they gave me the exact parts to fix it. Was really nice to not have to figure out tube and wheel sizes by myself.
