Duncan was incredibly helpful when I arrived and helped me with a helmet and shotgun seat, even going so far as to adjust both products in store so they were ready to use.
He and Ned were very friendly with my son and took the time to give him some stickers and a few tips/ticks for learning how to ride a bike!

We purchased a new bike from another store had the bike checked out for a safety check where he did some minor adjustments and we were ready to go.
