Troublesome new bike with two damaged on arrival but just brilliant service from the store, got me on the road on a loaner, super quick response and resolution to an issue with the bike a few hundred km in. So the bike and I have a way to go in the trust department but I couldn't be happy with the crew at Trek Packenham - they epitomise what makes local bike shops still shine.
