They truly know and love their stuff and that’s a huge help if you aren’t 100% sure what you need or want - they took the time to ask what/how I wanted with a new bike and to explain what was going to be great (and it is!) without ever making me feel like I was out of my class (which I am, but getting there!!!!). Trek Carindale continue to be my fav bike store in all of Queensland. Every time I visit the store the service from the team is exceptional. Store manager Adrian runs a great team - they're always responsive, quick with good advice, and generally so friendly and down to earth.
Head mechanic Tris is brilliant - he takes an active interest in how I'm riding, what I want to achieve and always has phenomenal tid bits of advice to help me enjoy my Trek bike experience.

Daniel from the Fyshwick (ACT) store helped me to purchase my first eBike. He asked a lot of questions about what cycling experience I had, knowledge of eBikes, how I would use it etc. He then discussed a number of options with me - in terms that a newbie could understand.
He was very parient as I considered my purchase for about 2 months before diving in and purchasing the Checkpoint grabel eBike.
He set me up to make sure the bike had the right fit (subsequently had to change over the handlebar stem).
I did not receive service like this anywhere else while looking for an eBike. It was the service that got me over the line.
