The gentleman who served me was quick and replaced my tyre tube straight away and removed all the double gees from my tyre to prevent further punctures.
On my 3rd trek bike and have all been great but the big difference is the service at the Trek shop in Phillip in Canberra both Dan & Duncan go above and beyond to help you out , no question is laughed at and everything is explained in an easy going manner

I was referred to Trek Carnegie for a warranty claim as Knox did not have a mechanic. Carnegie promptly accepted my bike (Domane AL5+) just before Xmas. With no fuss, the rear hub was changed over along with the power display all under warranty. Friendly service team. Excellent after sales service - would thoroughly recommend.
