Always good service and friendly people and I always used TRECK since my children were small getting all our bikes from you o and services over the years. Prices are going up though for bike service etc but I guess that’s not your fault.
The best products (Trek) plenty of tools and parts for self service available. Service shop fantastic. I have 3 Trek bikes and like to do as much as i can myself and there is plenty of advice and assistance. Both my brothers have Treks too! Basically my whole family rides Trek on road and off. We always get looked after at Bennetts green.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - good quality products and range thereof. I have Trek ‘franchises’ (however they marque is arranged as a business unit) closer to me, but I tend towards the Majura store for these reasons primarily.

Helpful service in-store, walked in to have just have a look, and walked out with a great deal on a brand new bike and helmet! Was also generously shown how to remove the front wheel, and then helped to get the bike into my tiny car.

I was referred to Trek Carnegie for a warranty claim as Knox did not have a mechanic. Carnegie promptly accepted my bike (Domane AL5+) just before Xmas. With no fuss, the rear hub was changed over along with the power display all under warranty. Friendly service team. Excellent after sales service - would thoroughly recommend.
