The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only comment would be to have more stock. I.e. the helmet stock was limited with almost no large sizes and none out the back.
Wonderful advice and professional in all aspects of service provided. I was in a position of my bike being in a state of fatigue. With guidance I got my bike back on the road in a timely manner.

The whole team are very friendly and helpful. Genuinely want to find the right outcome for their customers with a positive and can-do attitude. The service performed on my 10-year-old bike was exceptional & rides & feels brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend this location for anybody looking for help or advise with their cycling requirements.

Great attitude towards customers,I felt very comfortable in the shop,Alex and the technician I think his name was Wally went out of their way to chase up my bike that went missing in transit.on my arrival Wally talked me through all the technical components and then he went on to the set up of the bike.
