The service was excellent, I have come to expect a fairly low quality of customer service from bike stores but the service I received when buying my new Trek Slash+ was exceptional. I came into the store looking at the Fuel+ with the intention of converting it to a long travel LX model. The staff suggested I look at the Slash+ as they had just gotten stock on the new 2027 model which now had the 60nm motor found in the Fuel+. Not only that but it was on sale for less than the Fuel+ was. The staff let me rest ride a few bikes to confirm the bike was what I was after and after putting a deposit on on the bike my bike arrived in 2 days and was assembled ready for pick up that afternoon. I really couldn't have asked for any more from a buying experience. Great work team!

The team is absolutely spectacular and so easy to work with. Any time I have an issue they go above and beyond not only to fix it but to make sure I know what’s wrong and how to avoid that in case it was operators error. I recently had my first service and tube changed, and from drop off to pick up it was all so smooth and Dan and Duncan kept me updated at all times!! Best decision I made was to buy a trek, because not only is it a spectacular bike but your customer service always goes above and beyond. Thank you so much to the team!! I really appreciate it
