Everything! The showroom is the best bicycle showroom that I have ever come across; the moment that I walked through the doors I knew that I was going to buy a bicycle from Trek. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and completely service oriented. They exceeded all my expectations! They had every bike that I wanted to look at and test ride, and in every Trek colour and size. They immediately made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident in dealing with them. I highly recommend Trek and in particular the Majura Park shop! Another excellent Canberra bicycle shop where we had previously purchased a bike for my wife, pales my comparison to our experience yesterday, Tuesday 23 June 2026.

helpful hint: every bike that goes in gets a wipe down with bontrager cleaner and put this on the receipt so they customer knows it’s been done, looked after and the cost on the receipt is free, it just keeps them coming back because no one does it supreme service.
