Brilliant experience with the team at Cookson's cycle's. I ordered a new bike online on the Wednesday afternoon and it was built and ready for collection by Friday morning. After an issue with my seat post I showed up in store to ask for their help and within a couple of hours it was fixed. I also received some great advice and help from the team about my bike set up and I'm looking forward to booking in with the team for a bike fitting soon. I would highly recommend purchasing through Cooksons cycles, not only for their fast turnaround and quality bikes, but for their aftercare and customer support which follows if you require it.

Very helpful friendly staff that really knows their stuff and can explain it really well even to a novice but not over doing it so the product can speak for itself especially when it's at a high level price point. I'm loving my new bike and still can't believe how much lighter it is over my old ebike.
