Great local bike shop. The quality of work is professional from start to finish. No work is carried out without you being notified first. They treat you and your bike with great respect. I have been using Bay Cycles for 5 years and they have always looked after me and done everything to get me back on my bike as quickly as possible.

You get an itemised receipt after any maintenance which is comprehensive and transparent.
It feels good to be able to take your bike in for work and feel confident that the team is honest and the work is top quality.
They also, took the time to discuss options and find solutions round my disability.
