Service with a smile - always warmly greeted when I visit Veloline, even the dog gets a treat and a belly rub! These guys have so much knowledge and experience and are always happy to give it. Regardless whether I'm in there for an routine bike service or an unusual squeak, or often in my case, I've tried to do something myself and ended up needing some help - these guys always make me feel validated and at ease.
