Had our son’s Mountain Bike serviced. Easy to book, staff are friendly and welcoming. Bike serviced quickly and had a phone call as soon as it was ready to collect. We originally purchased the bike from Cycles U.K. and will continue to use them for anything bike related. I highly recommend them, great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you :-)

A very efficient service and excellent bike.
The only issue was that there was no drinks cage to hold a drinks bottle.
I recently had my bicycle serviced and repaired at Cycles UK Chelmsford and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough, and the bike rode better after the service than it ever has. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I booked my bike in for a quick service before an event. Amy did a wonderful job, recommending the essential parts that needed replacing and carrying out the work efficiently and to a high standard. She also pointed out some bigger jobs that will n ed doing in the near future meaning I can plan future service costs with confidence

Is too early to comment my new bike but I hope it was really a good choice because this is my next product from Trek, which has always produced the best bikes and the customer service was absolutely very professional, helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. Re-positioned both tubeless tyres on my Trek Fuel Ex that I had installed poorly and didn’t even charge for doing it!
I tried on some Fox clothing in-store and my size was out of stock but they kindly located the items at another Trek store and arranged for delivery to the MK branch. Couldn’t ask for more. A++++
