Fast friendly service. Took a wheel in for repair, was advised that next available booking for a repair was the next week, happily left the wheel with the repair / service team. Within 1.5 hours, received notification that all done...... can't get any better than that.

After some initial confusion with my online order, I had given up on receiving it. Some days later, German from the Trek store London Battersea got in touch to advise that they had found my item and he would dispatch it immediately. A great service from him in particular and a good product from Trek.
