The service I received from all the staff over various phone calls, emails and visits to store was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to do things to make life easy for me! The bikes I rode whilst mine was having work done were just what I needed and nothing ever seemed like a hassle for them.

The Mechanic at Trek fitted a new wheel and rack to my bike. There was a slight issue with a fused seat stem, but after a discussion with me (and a bit of lateral thinking) it was successfully resolved. The service was professional and friendly. The Trek shop isn’t the cheapest, but you can talk things through with a human being and get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a new Trek bike from the Battersea branch that came with a one year warranty.
Over the 12 month warranty period I required some adjustments / parts replacements to the bike
Where possible work completed on the spot or if parts required not in stock ordered and replaced promptly.
So the staff at Battersea Branch are all round good blokes.

I do have previous experience dealing with the team at Ridgeway cycles and they've always been helpful and highly professional.
