I went into St Albans Trek first as I was in the area and spoke to a chap called Alex. Alex was fantastic, very knowledgeable and totally understood what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. I decided on a bike I wanted, however, they didn’t have that one in stock. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want and immediately went about calling other stores and checking their internal systems. Alex found what I wanted in Milton Keynes and called them to request they reserve it for me. I then went straight to Milton Keynes. When I got there the fantastic service, knowledge and personal approach continued. They were great with me and also my 7 year old son. I was made to feel valued and welcome from start to finish. Oh, and the bike is fantastic! Overall, I am very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both St Albans and Milton Keynes Trek 😁
