Great personal service- always will try to help
My appointment was with Mark Winch to check my seating position for my bike as I was having painful issues on my Perineal. What service, the saddle adjustment was successful but not only that I was videoed riding the bike and Mark came up with an issue that needed attention and fixing before I could feel fully comfortable on my rides. Mark adjusted my pedal by replacing my standard on to a metal pedal, then made a strap for that pedal (left leg only). Further adjustment would be needed and a future appointment was made.
The appointment was charged and it probably was the best money spent.

Proper bikes provide a good friendly service.
They are always ready to explain things and hwat you are getting in a bike serive for example.
Thye are good at advising on what bikes to purchase and any new parts you need.
I like that the people you deal with are cyclists themselves and have an understanding of what I'm after based on what is best for me.
When I've had a problem with my bike they often go out of their way to find a solution as if the only priority is getting me back on the bike and cycling again.

From the initial enquiry about the bike I wanted to purchase they were very friendly & informative about the bike and the process. Good communication throughout and the bike arrived very well packaged & ready to go. I would defiantly use wheelbase again in the future.
