I needed a new rapid drive freehub for my Trek Remedy,despite having the part number I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere on the internet so I gave Wheelbase a call and whilst they didn’t recognise the part number I had they went to the trouble of looking for one that would fit and put it on next day delivery for me.
I have bought 2 bikes from this company before and have always found them to be excellent,always willing to help and in some instances go above and beyond.
As an older cyclist I really appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service, and enthusiasm for the two brands of bike they sell. They listened to my queries and were able to answer them without my feeling ignorant for asking. I have bought small accessories from them before and found exactly the same helpful attitude from all their people.

Quality place to ride
We liked that the service was very , very good ,the staff were very polite and helpful but not at all pushy in any way. Gave us all the info we required and decided to go ahead and purchased a bike for him.
The only problem if you can call it that was we had difficulty finding the shop as the satnav with the correct post code directed us to the road after the one we should have taken which were all units and shops of a sort and as we were not to familiar with the area may have gone away empty handed but we decided to double back to where all the retail shops were and found it quickly after that.

Great choice and nothing was too much trouble. The sized my eldest up (11) recommended the correct size that won't be to small in 6 months. Will definitely return for any other bike purchases.
