I bought a pair of bontrager road cycling shoes and cleats. I looked both online and in other local bike shops prior to purchase and both items are good quality and competitively priced. The manager of the shop fitted the cleats to the shoes saving me a job.

I bought a Trek bicycle from Primo Cycles six years ago, and recently the frame developed a crack. As the frame came with a lifetime warranty, I took the bike back to Primo Cycles for advice and assistance.
Primo Cycles handled everything for me, arranging with the manufacturer to have the frame replaced completely free of charge under the warranty. They then rebuilt the bike, ensuring everything was back in perfect working order.
I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service they provided throughout the process.

We had a brilliant experience while purchasing a bike for our daughters. The shop assistant was very informative and recommended the most suitable bike to suit our daughters needs. They offer a free safety service before the bike leaves the store and has a 1 year warranty with their helmets also.
