I had great service from James. He reached out after I posted on a random forum asking for buying advice and offered for me to pop in and try some different size bikes on my radar.. Once I decided he put a cracking deal together for me with no pressure at all until I was happy to proceed.

I have been a customer since 2019. Four bikes on and many services later they are the only bike shop I use.
I travel a 100 mile round trip for their cycling services, hopefully will continue to do so. I cannot fault their work or advice when I have asked for any.

Top marks as always. Had a problem with my back wheel, mechanic looked at it and advised the free hub was gone and needed new wheel. Offered to source one but I chose to buy a new wheel set elsewhere. Wasn't even going to charge me for the work. Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent service from start to finish. Took time out to show me various options and ensured I had a thorough test ride. No pressure sale and looked to give the upcoming discount early.
