Been going to this shop for years. They've always done a great job. Last time I was in I took a wheel in for a rebuild. Decided with their help that it probably wasn't worth doing. They helped find a used pair (based on my budget) that were in great condition, fixed them up with new tyres and sold them for a very fair price. All in all, great service and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Would certainly recommend.

The guys at Pennyfarthing were super helpful when I was choosing my first road bike - very patient and accommodating and answered all the questions I had.
Couple of things:
Firstly, it's been too long to remember since a member of staff hasn't opened the door for me to enter. This doesn't happen anywhere else in bike shops I've encountered. It's a small detail but it is accompanied by a greeting or acknowledgement and that is a warm welcome.
Secondly, when I ask for advice whether it's on a small purchase, a niggling question or what bike would be best for me I have always received genuine information and considered thoughts. For me that builds trust and it's why I recommend the shop to anyone who asks.
