Service with a smile - always warmly greeted when I visit Veloline, even the dog gets a treat and a belly rub! These guys have so much knowledge and experience and are always happy to give it. Regardless whether I'm in there for an routine bike service or an unusual squeak, or often in my case, I've tried to do something myself and ended up needing some help - these guys always make me feel validated and at ease. I would 100% recommend Veloline to family and friends.

Thank you to you all for your outstanding service. After recent visit to purchase a new saddle spoke to Ben and he was very helpful as always. Tried a couple of different saddles of which Ben fitted onto bike for me to try and ended up with the first choice.
