The Mechanic at Trek fitted a new wheel and rack to my bike. There was a slight issue with a fused seat stem, but after a discussion with me (and a bit of lateral thinking) it was successfully resolved. The service was professional and friendly. The Trek shop isn’t the cheapest, but you can talk things through with a human being and get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a new Trek bike from the Battersea branch that came with a one year warranty.
Over the 12 month warranty period I required some adjustments / parts replacements to the bike
Where possible work completed on the spot or if parts required not in stock ordered and replaced promptly.
So the staff at Battersea Branch are all round good blokes.

Mariana was amazing, from our first enquiry about an e-bike, to greeting us in the store, giving us all the details & a test ride. She price matched everything we bought, advised us on settings for the bike etc. The team then set up the bike & made sure everything was perfect. Mariana even emailed us this morning to say she had mailed the water bottle we had left behind - to be honest we hadn’t even realised we had left it!! Amazing service, very friendly & helpful.
