I researched the cycle I required & found that the cycles uk web site easy to use & order. However when I found the bike I wanted no store had one in stock to look at & try. I ordered one anyway, it came into my chosen store very quickly. The Chelmsford store telephoned me, I confirmed when I would pick it up. I arrived in store & was met by very helpful staff who explained everything I needed to know. The bike is for my grandson who no doubt will be pleased with his new bike as I am. Would definitely recommend & use cycles uk in the future
