As bike was out of stock following our order, they sourced us the current model and agreed the same price. They then communicated with us when it wasn’t going to arrive in time and offered an alternative colour so that we could have the bike by the big day.

What a super local bike shop. I've bought all my three children's bikes from here over the last decade as they've grown to currently 5, 8 and 15 years old. I've also bought my own road bikes from here and get them all serviced here. Why? a local business, with local trusted staff, excellent knowledge and advice. It will also be your child's first sense of freedom and ownership, so why would you ever buy something as important and personal as this from an invisible online retailer? For me, showing my kids that items set up correctly, treated well, serviced and tweaked regularly is part of the magic. They also learn along the way, see great people doing a good job and enjoy the process. Top shop, top people, top service. Christian

Is a great brand up to date with all tech, the Shrewsbury store is filled with committed and knowledgable staff all eager to help. Every time I’m in the store they cant do enough to help and assist. The store is always well stocked and well presented. Will definitely shop there again!

Bike delayed due to a scratch so new bike ordered
Offered to wrap it for free
Although nice gesture however there seems to be a few bubbles which are disappointing as you can see them
Not sure I would have had the wrap if I’d known it was like a sticker I thought it would be a invisible spray
Does it come off without stickiness when it starts looking shabbier? Don’t like to complain but when offered the film I was told I wouldn’t see it but I can with the bubbles and I can see the stickers where the wrap finishes
