Very happy with some recent service work and a warranty issue that were both quickly resolved. Following the recent purchase of my Trek Domane there were a couple of niggles that developed after a few rides. I went back to the shop and they were happy to investigate - which they did and resolved one issue straight away, and another needed some parts on warranty. These came pretty quickly and fitted such that all niggles were resolved. Great service and communication from all the team at Saddle Safari - thank you
