Bike taken in for a service. Date booked in advance. Dropped the bike off and greeted as usual in a friendly and efficient manner. They rang after making an assessment to tell me what work was needed and the price which was very reasonable.
Collected the bike following a call to say the work was completed.

Hello, I did try to leave feedback on your website but for some reason was unable to add to that left there by other customers. However, I must say that I'm delighted with the prompt service and quality of the replacement front wheel you supplied. It runs true and its new bearings have eliminated the wandering which was apparent with the original, no doubt the result of its worn state from many years of use. The staff, Adam and Mark were most courteous, friendly and helpful as to my somewhat modest needs and I shall have no hesitation about recommending County Cycles to other people and for any further requirements of my own in future.

Great service from Wheelbase, ordered an Amflow PL carbon, received a curtesy call from the Ilkley store to arrange delivery, this gave me a chance to ask a few questions, they were very helpful and polite. Bike arrived quickly and was very well packaged, everything assembled super easily and everything worked perfectly thanks to the store pre assembly and checks by the professional mechanic. Highly recommended and would definitely buy from here again, many thanks!

Really great service! I bought my bike from Roots about 4 years ago and got a bike fit at the time too. I stay a couple of hours away from Doune, but I brought my bike back to them to get it serviced and a few new parts. I can't fault their service and my bike is running smoother than ever.
