Excellent service from Dawid on collection of wheel following tyre repair. Fair to say I’m a long standing customer and Dawid took the trouble to remember me and the salient points we had discussed about cycling and progress when we last spoke some six months or so ago. A pleasant young man with excellent customer service skills. The repair was successfully dealt with and would recommend.

I was impressed with his attention to detail, He really listened to what I was hoping to achieve from the bike fit, and didn’t try to sell me lots of expensive kit which. Really pleased with the outcome and learned a bunch of stuff too!

Thank you for repairing the gear shift on my Scott Addict 40. Seems to be working fine now. I'd give 10 out of 10 for the repair, but having to wait to get the bike booked in, and it taking a week to repair was a bit disappointing.
