I learned about C&N while seeking a bike fitting that would be suitable for an older, touring orientated rider.
1st off, the bike fitting with Paul Smith met all my expectations and more. It was very thorough and he surprised me with a few changes that I hadn't expected. These proved very worth while on my ride the next day. No pain! I really recommend Mr Smith, and don't be shocked, compared to Central London fittings the service in Redhill is a bargain! Use it to fit to your current bike or to help purchase the right bike for you - they have a huge range in store.
The C&N bike shop is a King Midas cave of bicycles of every type, including electric. A huge range. At the back of the store they have a fully equipped workshop. Your every cycling need catered for.
In addition to the bike fitting I was very impressed that before I left the shop, a different engineer checked that everything on the bike that should be tight, was tight and to the correct torque. That attention to quality control shouldn't be a surprise, but I've never experienced it before. I shall happily return to C&N as and when the need arises. I whole heartedly recommend them.
Communication was clear and timely and I was able to bring spare parts in after a few days to replace the damaged parts. The service and repair also seem to have been completed perfectly.
