Helpful staff who give good advice when needed. On this occasion a part of a bike light had broken, so time was taken to identify the part and, as there were no spares in the store, place an order. I was notified when it arrived and collected it. A good job. Thank you

Competitive price on the gravel bike that I liked, meaning I could afford to go to the next model up with electronic shifters. I received excellent advice from a team member over touring accessories and felt very confident when making my purchase. On delivery, the bike was well packaged and due to much of it being pre-assembled, it didn’t take long to put it together and get it out for a test ride.
