I called prior to our visit for items to be added to my son’s bike. The lady on the phone was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed to do and was able to provide me a quote.
We attended the shop the same day, to be greeted by a super helpful guy who explained everything to my son and booked the bike in.
When we collected it the lady chatted to my son about his bike, and was so complimentary of the alterations he had made that he came out of the store beaming - we couldn’t have asked for a better service/experience.

Having not bought a bike for around 20 years, the teams guidance was great finding the right balance of bike for my needs. They were also exceptional when the supplier sent two bikes which were faulty, finding the issues and resolving them quickly meaning I got the bike when I needed it.

I spoke with Rick whose knowledge was second to none and was able to advise me on a bike that would not only fit him now but last for several more years as he grows.
