the trek brand is widely known as a quality brand. i find all the staff i have had dealings with at fox valley Sheffield extremely help full and knowledgeable.
I have been so impressed by the process of buying my new bike, via C2W. Matt was super impressive and responsive through the process, of reserving the bike, processing the voucher and quickly getting my bike ready for collection. I was advised the shop would be busy, but collection was smooth - and I was helped to get the bike into my car - a godsend as it didn’t have familiar quick release skewers! Overall VERY VERY impressed, and already recommended you to a couple of mates who were asking about my shiny new bike on a ride yesterday. THANK YOU and I’m sure I will be using you as my parts / kit shop of choice in the months ahead!

Alex was very helpful when I was choosing a new bike for my grandson. He gave lots of helpful advice. As it was an impulse buy on the day he explained about the lay by service which I used. I also had phone and email contact with a couple of queries and those staff also helpful.
Went to store looking at electric bike options, was engaged with by staff and they helped advise on bike and hence I made my purchase

Very welcoming and informative service. Found the right bike for me, even the right colour! Fascinating to watch my bike being set up using my own personal measurements taken and a free bike checkup booked in for a months time! A great personal service all round.
The staff were friendly & helpful particularly Karl (may have misspelt this) who answered my request to measure a garment before I purchased - what a credit to your company!
