Although we ended up not buying a bike from Wheelbase, that was only because they didn't have one in the size and colour option wanted. This was a great shame because Luke had spent quite a bit of time with us, discussing options,swapping pedals over for test rides around the car park, and searching online to try and source a bike from the distributer. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop; bravo!

Excellent service from cycles uk - order over 1.5 years old but they never lost sight of getting the (V hard to get) parts and delivered. Item massively increased in price but not passed on to me as I paid when ordered. Exemplary.

Gary had been excellent. From the bike fit through to personalised recommendations, he has made cycling so much more enjoyable and comfortable for us. He is a reliable and friendly person who always goes the extra mile. Buying brand new higher spec bikes is a huge financial outlay so having confidence we’d made the right choice thanks to Gary’s expertise and help with any snagging, has made the investment worthwhile for us. Seamus and the workshop team have also supported us throughout with answering questions, providing advice and fixing any small issues along the way.
So friendly and helpful every time we use them.
