The Bike wonderfully serviced, the technician who serviced, Alexandre was amazing, he said he uses the same transmission on his bike and said he could make it faster and more responsive and he did, he did a wonderful job and the bike feels completely like a new one, more fun to ride than it was before, all thanks to Alexandre, overall the store is also full of products and wonderful bikes, I'm looking to buy road bike for me and my wife soon :)

Fabulous session today teaching my daughter how to ride . She went from no balance at all to pedalling ! She still needed support and reassurance and we will be working on the skills for a while but it's got her over the fear that she had and has built great confidence for us to build on . I'd heard good things about these sessions and am now an advocate myself . Thank you Michelle for your fantastic session.

Bikes were great. I do have a couple things to add-the last leg from Drum-Inverness is SUPER long and there really does not appear to be any place to stop to stop/rest/recharge the bike along that section-i(f that is accurate that is a major factor.) For that reason we bailed and took the bus to Inverness. The Great Glen way signage was inconsistent and created some lost time searching for the correct route. There was some route closures and diversions that created some problems. Having a downloadable route map would be super helpful if that is possible. While we are experienced bicyclists we did end up in some pretty technical terrain-I had fun (crashed once) but it kinda freaked my wife out. Overall it was challenging, memorable, and fun. Thanks! Honesly the first experience was sad in ways qe went to shop and work around minimum 3x and no body aprouch us , then i aprouched thwm and from there brilient experience . The second time everiting went very smoot i had elite question us a Autistick person whom need undsrstand think was very positive . After i rode bike home gind out some issues with the build but hope when i will contack them back will be possitive expwrience us well.
