The bikes were all well maintained and road/mountain ready. They were fit for purpose , to deal with the mountain terrain. The panniers were adequate to carry enough dry gear, water and emergency rations for the three day Great Glen Way. The staff were friendly and very helpful . 🙂 Good at problem solving. Courier service available.
