Very pleased with the service I received when going in for a new tyre. I did not expect to have the tyre fitted as well. A job which would probably have taken me an hour was done in 5 minutes.

Had a mechanical issue with a bike I purchased from Trek Milton Keynes and they were excellent at dealing with the issue. They dealt with it at short notice and got it fixed the same day. Really helpful and knowledgeable team. Thanks for all your help

Recently while travelling overseas I decided to buy a new bike to be ready for my return. I dropped Simon an email about what I wanted. He suggested another, only just released model which he ordered in and had ready and waiting for collection. His alternative bike suggestion has turned out to be a much better one for my needs.
When picking up the new bike, Mark spent a lot of time going over the bike explaining all of its features and setting it up correctly.
Well done guys, I can’t recommend them enough. You don’t get this level of service with internet shopping…

Fantastic, friendly and personal customer service from the minute I walked in. Deep knowledge of products with endless patience to guide me to what was best for my needs, without a hint of pressure to buy. Bike was built and handed over the next day despite it being a very busy time for the business, absolutely 10/10 from start to finish
I have bought several bikes off the lads in Gary's. Nothing is an issue. I needed certain tweeks to the bikes and never an issue. They say they will have it ready and it is ready. The range on display in store is astonishing. Free delivery. Lads simply show every time why you can't beat buying bikes from people who ride bikes themselves. I couldn't recommend the lads highly enough.
Me and my partner recently purchased a pair of Wilier Gardas from Cycles UK Canterbury, the whole team was fantastic but a huge thank you to Chris and Tom who went above and beyond for us the moment we came through the door. They spent good time helping us pick the right bikes for us without any pushy sales tactics. A big hand to Tom also for managing to find the right size and colours despite showing no stock online. Chris set aside a morning to help us fine tune the fit of the bikes before collection, this made a huge difference to the ride feel and gave a real personal feel to the service we hadn’t seen from other bike shops. We will be back for servicing and perhaps a gravel bike or two in the future. Thanks again guys
