My 11yr son bought a second hand bike from a friend that needed attention. We took it to CycleWorld and they assessed the damage. They asked what sort of budget we had (which wasn’t much), and they fixed it up perfectly, made it completely safe, and at a price my son could afford with his saved pocket money.
The staff were extremely helpful, very kind to my son, and were kind with the pricing.

I've been seeing Jimmy for over 8 years for bike fitting, custom footbeds and most recently to help me custom-build a new bike.
Jimmy's approach to what he does is excellent in all respect. He's a professional and has a gentle but quietly authoritative approach. His depth of experience is obvious. I particularly like that Jimmy never tries to 'upsell' - he focuses on what you need there and then and excels at it.
Finally I want to thank Grace for her recent support with exchanging what turned out to be a faulty rear derailleur. Her communication throughout was great, and I never doubted that she was doing her best for me.
Although I live 40 miles away from Cyclefit I'll keep going back. In my opinion you won't find better people elsewhere.

Quick, efficient and very affordable. The service I received was above me expection, calling in Wednesday requesting some help with with a Turbo trainer and some changes to the bike. I was asked to drop off the trainer and the bike the following day, which I did. They set everything up while I waited and I got a cuppa too and was on my way twenty minutes later you can't get much better than that. Thank you The Proper Bike Shop
