I came into the store for the first time and needed advice and parts for my mtb and they didn’t try to sell me the highest cost but give me too advice on what works best for what I wanted to achieve. Also very knowledgeable about all the parts that work with different bikes that helps me loads . I’ve been back few times since as well :)

My 11yr son bought a second hand bike from a friend that needed attention. We took it to CycleWorld and they assessed the damage. They asked what sort of budget we had (which wasn’t much), and they fixed it up perfectly, made it completely safe, and at a price my son could afford with his saved pocket money.
The staff were extremely helpful, very kind to my son, and were kind with the pricing.
Now that is what I call customer service!
