10/10 service again. The gentleman who served us on Sunday 14th was extremely knowledgable. He was more then happy for me to try x2 bikes around the car park to decide which one felt best for what I need it for. He explained all of the differences between the bikes and ensured I was able to take my new bike home the same day.
He explained all the technical side to the bike, explained the app I needed to download, showed me cheat sheets for if I ever have any technical difficulties,

I love the products and service. The delivery wasn’t brilliant. It was outside the already wide time slot and the outer box was damaged. However, this didn’t seem to have affected the product.
Honestly the best bike shop, customer service is excellent and they went above and beyond to starve a part for my e bike battery so I didn't have to buy a whole new battery which would have cost hundreds. Saved me a fortune. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I've also had my bike serviced from here in the past to an excellent standard. Reallt reasonably prices as well and seem to have a good range of bikes in store for sale. Wouldn't go anywhere else for all things bike related!

Great service and advice
Perfect emtb rental - makes a massive difference taking on the trails. I already recommend the center to friends visiting that don't have their own emtb to bring along. The bikes are rentals, they have knocks and scratches as you'd expect, but worked perfectly. The guys set us up with basic tweaks for seat height before we set off - they're trustable and friendly.

Great range, of quality products in store. The chap that helped me with the shoes was absolutely brilliant, and a great help, and gave me some fantastic advice. Really knowledgeable about the shoes and fitting and what works for people's foot shapes. Explained to me in detail, and helped me choose the right shoe for me.
I was buying my eldest son’s first proper mountain bike. There was no judgement from the staff on price, no hard sell and they were just happy to chat and answer all my/his questions. Cycle shops are hard to come by these days let alone good ones and this is a good one.
