Had a problem with my Trek carbon mtb wheels, so I took them into Cycle Technology. They usually have a 2yr replacement warranty and after that it's discounted repairs i think. Anyway, photos were taken of my wheels and sent off to Trek. Within a week a brand new replacement carbon wheelset had arrived, and all down to Cycle Technology. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the result, and shows great after care.

Fantastic service from the team, as always. Myself and the family are always made to feel welcome and the bikes that I buy are always set up exactly how I like. Nothing beats that feeling of walking into a local bike shop, chatting about the bikes etc and knowing that help is always there when you need it.

Chris was exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the detailed pros and cons of the Checkpoint, Checkpoint+, and the new Checkout, helping me navigate the options to decide exactly which bike fit my needs and riding style the most. We even went on a test ride together, which was a huge help in making my final decision.
What really blew me away was the level of care, after our test ride, Chris actually went to the store next door to get me ice and water. That kind of effort is rare and so appreciated!
He didn't just stop at the bike; he guided me on which accessories to get, taught me the proper way to carry and load the bike into my car, and even invited me to join the Trek cycling meetups.
The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making the whole environment great to be in. I got exactly what I wanted and felt supported every step of the way. I genuinely recommend this store and Chris to anyone looking for a bike!
