From the moment I walked into the shop, all the staff were professional and genuinely happy to help. I dealt with Ricky, whose knowledge of bikes, cycling, and what actually works is second to none. There was no pushy sales approach or pressure to buy there and then, which I really appreciated. When I left the shop, I felt confident that I had the perfect bike, fitted exactly to me. I’ll definitely be returning.

My bike was booked in for a service and I dropped it off with Summit Cycles late morning. In view of the distance I had travelled the service staff ensured the bike was ready for me to collect that same afternoon, which was really appreciated.
I was contacted to advise about an issue with one of the tyres and given a choice of the type of replacement and costs involved and I was also informed what work had been carried out on the bike under the service.
I was really happy with the service provided. The staff are polite, cheery and friendly and it's a pleasure to visit the shop.

Bought ourselves some electric bikes - and what a minefield it was so with no idea we popped in to take a look at- two bikes bought within a hour !

Online works for somethings but actually something this important - getting on a bike and get the full lowdown is priceless. We also have confidence that if any issues I know where to go.
