I have been using this cycle shop for ten years and even though I have moved away from Maidstone, will continue to do so. I always receive a good service from knowledgeable and engaged staff that all cycle themselves, not automatons selling stock blindly with no care of outcome. Furthermore and most importantly, everyone is friendly and I've never had a visit where I've not had an enjoyable chat and left more informed. I will always purchase from this store if I've gone in to ask for advice, I will never use that information to buy from the internet, as we need cycle shops they are too valuable to loose, a bit like Pandas!
Paul was excellent in recommending a bike to me, he took care in ordering the bike and also was patient in advising me on all the different accessories I need to get started on my cycling journey. The whole process was so fuss free and exciting, with the new bike arriving quickly and the team setting it up nicely so that I could ride it right away. I am now enjoying my new biking journey in Chelmsford thanks to Cycles UK.

I am not someone who knows how to fix all of the mechanics of a bike but I know bring my bike in and having them look over it it couldn’t be in better hands.

Purchased a bike 5 years ago from fonthill store, like now that I can go to Bikeology to access free servicing. Means I can drop in my bike have it assessed and the have repairs done. Purchased a second bike less that a year ago as a result
