Here is my story... After some years ago, I was mugged for my DH Bike, I lost the confidence and have not touched a bike Since. Most recently, I decided to start building a new bike from the ground up and its taken me a while to get the confidence back to do it.
I recently found Evo online after doing some research and decided to give them a call. I was greeted by Toby who gave solid guidance on some bike parts as i was not up to date on the latest compatibility of certain parts on the market.
Toby who I spoke to initially at Evo was super helpful, Polite and informative Toby went above and beyond to help me get the right parts but also gave solid advice and was patient with me while I explained what it was that I was searching for.
After this positive experience, I will 100% be buying my next parts here soon to finish my custom Transition bike project Thankyou to the whole team at Evo.

I had previously bought 2 mountain bikes from H4H but as a significant birthday approached I knew it was time to upgrade to an electric version. They had 3 demo bikes which I tested out over the course of a couple of weeks. Every time the bike was fully charged up and inspected and adjusted for my use.
The bikes themselves (all from Trek) were brilliant and I finally settled for the 2nd generation version of the EX-e which I hope will be my final bike ! As always the service I received from the team at H4H was exemplary and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone interested in riding bikes in the Surrey Hills
