Wildside have an expert team of mechanics who are able to cater needs very well indeed. They turnaround time is good, and lead time is reasonable - demand is high of course, but they get jobs done quickly and to a very high level indeed. My bike is like new and I'm really grateful for it.

This week I have been into Cycles UK Maidstone and ended up purchasing all 3 of the bikes we entered the store to make enquiries about, all the staff on duty were welcoming and knew exactly how to help. Having owned my own decorating firm for 20 years I understand how important knowledgeable face to face communication is and this team has it cracked, Nathan went above and beyond with his service but the entire team were there to support us. Thank you so much guy's, you probably don't want to hear this but you now have a new best friend, I WILL BE BACK.

First time customer. Took my Brompton in to have the gearing reduced .... age necessitating this, new tyres, a rear rack fitted and a service. All work done to a high standard. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I will certainly be using this shop again and also recommending them to family and friends.
Did a brilliant job
A beautifully rebuilt rear wheel for a Surly Crosscheck. Lovely balance and very robust spokes for commuting as well as off-road. This is my go-to shop for bike repairs, components and advice. Really friendly staff who aim to simply get your bike back on the road as soon as possible. No BS - just bikes...The classic local bike shop lives on here. I thoroughly recommend it.
