I recently bought a Trek Checkpoint SL 5 + from Trek Bristol and had a fantastic experience. Jon provided genuinely 10/10 service, offering clear, knowledgeable guidance throughout and taking the time to make sure the bike was properly suited to me as a tall rider.
The bike setup was spot on, with everything carefully adjusted and clearly explained before I left, which made a big difference. The store itself has a great space and a very welcoming atmosphere — relaxed, friendly, and easy to spend time in without feeling rushed.
Overall, a brilliant experience and a real credit to Jon and the Bristol Trek team. Highly recommended.
