My wife and I and more importantly our soon to be 6 year old boy visited The Proper Bike Shop this weekend. A great independent establishment. It is, as the name suggests, a proper bike shop. Very chilled. No pressure to buy. We spent quite a while trying and riding different bikes to make sure we were happy in getting the right one.
Clearly all involved in runnning the shop are enthusiasts and very knowledgeable.
No doubt we'll be back.

Absolutely brilliant staff very helpful nothing too much bother, not pushy gave some great advice advantages disadvantages on ebikes. things we really need on bike rides. Yes a little more expensive than some but the quality says it all. Definitely recommend big bear bikes .a big thanks to the guys .
