Trek in Bristol has given me the most amazing service over the past year or two.
They go out of their way to come up with creative and inventive adaptations. They are expert at working on my recumbent trike. When they have an unusual problem to solve they are happy to research it to ensure that they get the best possible solution. I am a woman of 66 and have experienced being patronised, talked down to, ignored or not taken seriously by the young men in bike shops. At Trek they are completely different. They treat me as a respected human being, listen well and really consider my needs carefully. Also, they charge extremely reasonably for repairs or not at all.
