The products and range of products are top quality and priced surprisingly reasonable, but what I valued the most was the service that I received. Tom was friendly and warm in his welcome and you instantly knew that he is extremely knowledgeable in this field. After taking the time to listen to what my needs were, Tom was able to recommend a bike that I had not considered but was in fact perfect for me and once I'd decided on this particular bike Tom made the purchasing process so easy. I now have a bike that I love and the peace of mind that I will always be able to benefit from a great after sales. Thanks Tom I'll be back soon for a rack and panniers.

Great service recently from the workshop. They serviced my bike to a high standard and were very knowledgeable about the upgrades I needed. The final bill was actually lower than I expected so that was a nice surprise.
