They are always ready to offer great advice and keep you updated on the latest trends and innovations in the cycling world. What I appreciate most is that they recommend products they’ve actually tested themselves, so you know you’re getting honest feedback.
The service department is equally phenomenal. The mechanics are top, I’ve never been disappointed, and every job has been completed 100% correctly with total transparency. No fluff, just high quality work.
While there are several other bike shops in the area, none come close to the level of satisfaction I get at Big Bear Bikes. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them to everyone. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else when the experience here is better than perfect!
