I'm a woman. Walking into a bike shop and not being patronised because I am a woman is a nice change. I like that you guys talked to me like I'm a person, offered advice without smirking and being condescending.
The bike seems to have been well taken care of, maintenance and upgrades done as per my choice with no undiscussed/unagreed surprises. I have only ridden it briefly so far though so can't comment on everything but all seems in perfect order.
I'm also positively surprised that old parts have been returned clean and individually packed - I was expecting a pile of grimy metal!

Visited numerous bike shops to get my powerfly 5 serviced over the last 6 years and Saddle Safari has been the best in terms of quality of service. Been going there for around 3 years now and wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop sells quality bikes and products from Trek bikes to 100%eye wear Pirelli and continental tyres etc. Use local bike shops.

Trek Bristol are fantastic. My rear mech gear cable was very frayed and slipping in the grip holder. I turned up on spec on Saturday morning and the mechanic threaded a new internal cable there and then.
Beautiful job done, plus some general bike maintenance advice/tips for my upcoming 14 day endurance cycling challenge.
So glad I got the cable sorted promptly.

Speedy friendly service
Had my e bike serviced. Guys at the service area were very knowledgeable and did a good job on my bike. Couldn't get my bike serviced at my local Trek shop (Bath) so took it to Bristol store. Would probably prioritise Bristol store over Bath store even though it's further away. Well done guys, good job.
Very pragmatic and helpful in dealing with my tyre presure loss problem I had (the bike being bought from another supplier was no issue). Alex was very helpful on the phone, very logical in his approach and happy to explain any matters I was not familiar with. I was impressed that he recommended leaving the wheel overnight so they could check pressure retention the following day. Very straight forward and easy to deal with - I'll definitely be going back again.
