Had a couple of test rides on Santa Cruz Vala on a demo day to get the sizing right. Dealt with Adam and his team who gave a great service, all very helpful and full of knowledge. Ordered a bike after the test rides, top shop 👍

Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very confident with their approach. My bike wouldn't fit on the regular fit testing device, but Peter set up an equally effective method. Currently riding with the new set up, and finding there really is a noticeable difference in overall comfort. Very pleased to have at last, had a professional bike fit.

The honesty and knowledge......placed an order for a bike but the shop encountered problems with the supplier (not Rides doing) they were honest form day one and so offered an alternative bike....a Velduro Rogue and after a having a look and a chat it was felt this bike would be better suited to me than my original order. Bike was wrapped and ready in a few days and having spent the weekend on,it I can only say the bike is an absolute dream.....stable, soooo powerful but due to the nature of the avinox motor so customisable so u can dial the bike in to exactly how u want it to ride. All in all I'm so happy and can only recommend Rides in Wallingford for any of Ur biking needs.

Great after sales care. I took my grand child’s bike back to the shop I bought it from to have the brakes mended. Not only did they carry out the repair free of charge but also gave the whole bike a look over, tightening bolts etc.

Ordered an Ibis gravel bike from evo Cycles. They where very helpful and attentive during the buying process. Bike was delivered in under 2 weeks as it had to be imported from the USA. It arrived in a massive box, well packaged, with only minimal reassembly required. 10 out of 10...thanks fellas
