Honest and unlike many bike shops, you are talked to a real English and not expected to be a expert on every widget your bike has.
Staff in the shop are obviously knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the bikes they sell. They are friendly and courteous and seem prepared to spend as much time as the customer wants to understand the merits of the various models available, to help reach an appropriate choice.

Like was first class right from the moment we stepped into the shop. He asked questions to determine what might suit us and showed us some different bikes to try. He didn't rush us. When we picked up our purchases. Like took time to explain the bikes and helped us get the app on our phones. He was very patient. Everyone we encountered was polite, helpful and positive. Only had the bikes 2 days but been out twice and I'm delighted with my bike. 10 out of 10 for Wheelbase!
