Veloline have a potent combination of enthusiasm for cycling with a “soft sell” approach. The team is always keen to find the right solution for their customers’ needs, but won’t push their recommendation too hard. It’s there, but don’t worry, take your time and feel free to tailor it. That leaves the customer well supported, but in control of the purchasing decision.

I went to the Trek store in Shrewsbury and the staff was extremely helpful. One staff member in particular, Maneth, went out of his way to help, and I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced that level of customer support, not only in the bicycle industry, but in any store. The place is amazing!
