Amazing from the start to the finish, purchased a Amflow PX and Shaun was answering my emails well after he should have been unlike other retailers who took days to answer if at all.
He agreed to meet up with me halfway to save me a trip into Manchester too, showed me all the tips and tricks etc on handover, I can't recommend them enough.

Went to buy a spare tube and slime sealant for bikes tubes
Tom kindly offered to fill both tubes ony bike with slime sealant and also showed me how to release the back tire.

The service team went the extra mile to identify and sort the ‘creak’ on my gravel bike.
At no stage was I made to feel like I was worrying over nothing ( even though I’m a grey haired lady rider).
Great service from start to finish. Great communication from Alistair making it a real easy sale. Travelled 4.5hours from south wales to collect the bike and service on site was excellent. Any questions or requests were answered and dealt with friendly and professionally. Would definitely purchase again from Alistair/Pickering store.

The people are so helpful and pragmatic. It’s a good team. Actually the products are secondary since bikes and components are ubiquitous now. It’s great they do niche brands such as Brompton too.
Very friendly and helpful, they’ve always serviced my bike with no problem.
Today I got in a bit of a mess, the solution to stop punctures had also stopped the valve from closing properly when I pumped it up. I cleaned the valve OK then found the valve holder had disappeared into the rim. They cheerfully sorted it immediately even though they were very busy. They go out of their way to satisfy.
