I had a fantastic experience getting cleat fittings for my bikes shoes at Bay Cycles. Lisa was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with setting up my cleats.
Lisa took the time to make sure the cleats were positioned correctly for comfort and safety, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. It really gave me confidence that after my cleat fitting that I would be riding efficiently without any strain or awkward positioning.
Overall, a top-quality service that I would highly recommend to any body looking for proper cleat fitting and expert bike advice.
