I had a private coaching session with Damien Sidgwick at Dalby hub. It was fantastic. I was lacking in confidence and skill before I started but after a slow start I soon got the hang of it and was able to complete the blue route, even if I was a bit slow. No way could I have done that beforehand.

Service from Mariana was exceptional. On arriving at the store she immediately recognised me and knew my name and what bike I had, having not visited for over a year ago! She helped me choose the product I needed for my bike, and demonstrated on a bike in the store how to use it. She said I was more than welcome to bring my bike in if I needed any help. On the invoice emailed out, she added a personal touch saying it was nice to see me again, and wishing me best of luck with topping up my tubeless tyres. It is very rare in this day and age to receive such great service..thank you very much 😀
Very friendly and efficient service
Totally trustworthy and very knowledgeable staff. When others let you down this is the team to go to. They will tell you whats needed, do it, test it and the bike's ready when they say it will be - usually just before a Sportive ! Oh, and they are a friendly team too! franco.

Quality and speed of work
This is one of the best bike shops around by miles ,they do my son's bikes and the work is allways spot on ,they know what what they are doing and very friendly and don't mind giving advice even though they are very busy ,called in last Thursday at 6.50 pm for a couple of inner tubes and it was still open and staff still working away ,also the shop is stocked to the brim and can't really see them not having what you wanted ,great shop great owners and staff

The products (bikes) are great - well made and tuned to perfection, so comfortable to ride. The service was perhaps even better and all done with a smile.
Great choice of products and the paying via Klarna option really helpful too. And when collecting the bike, was given a really thorough run through on using, cleaning etc. A purchase for my 14 year old son who is absolutely loving his new Trek mountain bike. Joe Dalys is the best bicycle shop on the Southside . For great advice on kids adult , commuter , racing bikes , gravel bikes cargo and e bikes they are superb .
The service turnaround time is super fast , advice on tyre choice wheels etc brilliant I learn something new every time I go there . Their staff are well qualified knowledgeable and take their time with you .
I would recommend them 100% to racers non racers leisure cyclists .
